Onze ervaring met ROSpain (o.a. met de eigenaar Robert Openneer en Florencia) zijn heel prettig en vertrouwd. Wij kochten in 2022 een nieuw te bouwen appartement in Los Arenales del Sol, dat werd opgeleverd in juli 2023. Zij hebben ons van het begin tot het einde geholpen en ook nu nog met property management. Wat ROSpain speciaal maakt is het deskundige, vlotte en vooral persoonlijke contact. Ook fungeren ze als contactpersoon voor financiële-, belasting- of bouwtechnische kwesties. Een absolute aanrader als je geïnteresseerd bent in de aankoop van een (nieuwbouw)woning aan de Costa Blanca of Costa Calida.

Onze ervaring met Ro Spain en met de medewerksters liliana en Florencia zijn heel prettig en vertrouwd. Wij hebben dit jaar ons droomhuis gekocht in Santa Pola.
